Due to COVID-19, the environment has seen many positive impacts. From sea turtles thriving to the air pollution in many places decreasing, many of the consumption and production habits of the pre-COVID time have changed. Once this pandemic ends and we can slowly start getting back into our lives, I believe our society will resume their old habits of productions and consumption. The main reason is the economy taking a big toll due this virus. Also, many people now know what it's like to live with these restrictions on consumption and production. Because of this, many people might want to go back to old habits because they don't like these restrictions. Even when considering all the positive things it has done for the environment. Moving forward, I think more thought and reflection should be put into what can be done to sustain these positive impacts. After reading the article, I think augmented reality can be very helpful. This can help people become more aware about the environment in a fun and captivating way. Many schools could start including this with proper funding. A lot more work is still needed to improve this idea but it can definitely work and change the way future generations look at the environment.

This award winning documentary is bringing awareness about water issues. The main message is that water supply is not unlimited and we should not take clean water for granted. Us humans are using water at a very fast rate and this may result in water shortages in the future. We are using up water faster than it can be replenished by natural systems.
One thing that surprised me was how big cities are beginning to pop up and develop in places with limited water supply. And to combat this issue they take water from somewhere and transfer it to the city. This got me thinking whether or not things like this are sustainable. Furthermore, rapid urbanization has an effect on the water system. One other thing that I found shocking was how the policies from the World Bank negatively effect workers from poor countries and assist the big water companies. In the end, I believe we should be concerned. Even though a depleting water supply may not seem true or it may be something not on our minds, we need to help combat this. We should think about how we can help humans and civilization prosper and continue throughout future generations. Water is a basic necessity and we must do something to preserve it.
